With all of the mistreatment of animals in factory farming, we take enormous pride and satisfaction in letting our animals live as naturally and freely as possible. Our chickens have run of the farm 24 hours a day. They instinctively return to their house at night and to lay their eggs in nests. We currently have 11 brown egg-laying hens of various breeds. They are fed a natural diet of mostly scraps from the kitchen and from our garden. Farm fresh eggs are the tastiest eggs there are and you can eat them knowing that you are supporting a local farm and happy chickens! |
